Wine making Plus offers more than just the fundamentals of selecting the perfect vintage -- our students have a unique opportunity to learn the age-old process of wine making from vine to wine and ultimately leave with their own select blend. 

Through a series of hands-on classes, students will experience all aspects of wine making as we guide them through choosing the right grape to crushing, pressing, aging, and finally the bottling of their own special vintage. 

An excellent activity for couples, groups of friends, the entire family; wine making is an enjoyable experience for everyone.
