Important tips for storing
your wine-
1. Place in the coolest spot in your cellar,
keep off the floor.
2. In homes with no cellars or in apartments,
store in the coolest closet.
3. Avoid variations of temperatures in short
periods of time.
4. Avoid direct sunlight and vibrations. |

With Us is pleased to announce that we are
merging our two locations and moving to
Wallington, NJ.
We are bringing the Jersey City and West
Paterson locations together and will now
be based out of 21 Currie Ave Wallington,
NJ 07057.
For the past five years, our mission has
been to provide you with the premier home
wine making experience. Our merger brings
us one step closer to the accomplishment
of that goal.
This will also provide some additional benefits
to our winemakers.
We will continue to offer the spring wine
season featuring grapes from Chili which
had previously been conducted in West Paterson.
Thanks to our cold storage capacity White
wines, which previously had only been made
in Jersey City, will be more readily available.

For those of
you who have never been to a barrel tasting
you are in for a real treat. It is a time
for you to see how your wine is progressing
and developing. It is also a time to get
together with other winemakers and talk
about your favorite subject WINE!

afternoon with us in our winery, bring your
family and friends along to share in this
